Your mission

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing and continuously expanding our sales department. With your strategic vision and operational skills, you will develop innovative sales approaches, form a powerful team and ensure that we achieve our ambitious growth goals nationally and internationally.

Your tasks
  • Development and implementation of a scalable and sustainable sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Establishment and management of a highly motivated sales team, including recruitment, coaching and development of employees.
  • Strategic responsibility for key account management, including developing and maintaining long-term relationships with international customers
  • Identification and development of new market opportunities and maintenance of existing customer relationships.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop tailor-made solutions and optimally meet customer needs.
  • Responsibility for budget, forecasting and key figure management in close cooperation with management.
Your profile
  • Several years of experience in managing and developing successful sales teams, ideally in the area of software solutions or capital goods.
  • Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers, developing long-term customer relationships and achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to overcome complex challenges with creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as convincing presentation skills.
  • Completed studies in business administration, engineering or a comparable field.
