Sales Expert (m/f/d) full time

Your future field of work
- Acquisition, development and strengthening of reliable long-term customer relationships.
- Personal support and care for customers from initial contact to purchase and after-sales.
- Personal approach to potential target customers in close cooperation with lead marketing in Germany and partly DACH and Benelux.
- Effective communication of our product solutions in line with individual customer needs -> sales through advice.

- Convincing, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to identify customer problems in order to generate individual buying interest with our suitable solution and convert prospects into enthusiastic buyers.
- Happiness & ability to build reliable customer relationships and networks.
- Relevant successful experience in technical sales or similar qualifications, ideally in the cleaning sector, the industrial or software sector.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes overnight and to other European countries.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
- Enjoying technologies that help people work more efficiently and in a more environmentally friendly way.

You are able to convince people of our solutions with your friendly and persistent manner on the phone, via email and especially face-to-face. This requires a strong sense of persuasion and determination. You work with people with discretion, integrity and confidence, and are able to build bridges and effectively communicate customer feedback to other departments.
